Promoting digital education Erasmus+

  • On June 16-18, 2025 A seminar was held at the Batumi State Maritime Academy within the framework of the Erasmus+CBHE PRODIGE (Promoting High Quality Digital Education in Georgia) project, PRODIGE T3.1 – Training: Learning Process: Learning Process: Adapting Digital Pedagogy in the Education Sector
  • The trainings were attended by members of the Samtskhe-Javakheti State University project team: Coordinator and Expert/Researcher – Tea Tatenashvili, Expert/Researcher – Irakli Khachidze and Expert/Researcher – Tamar Kapanadze.
  • The trainings were led by professors from Tallinn University of Technology: Susan Durst, Marian Kalaste, Aive Pevkur, Talshin Tokizhanova, and Gori State University Project Manager Zurab Zurabashvili.
  • The meetings considered completing the tasks by the participating university teams, in particular, one group presented 10-minute pre-recorded video lectures, while the other group conducted a 10-minute live lecture-seminar. Both tasks were oriented on the selected topics and demonstrated the effective strategy of the digital education, interactive elements and participation techniques.

  • The meeting was coordinated by the international relationship center of Batumi State Maritime Academy.
