Mobility Direct is implemented based on the mutual Agreement between Samtskhe-Javakheti State University (Akhaltsikhe, Georgia) and University of Lodz (Lodz,  Republic of Poland). Selected candidates are not charged the tuition fee at the host institution. Candidates are selected according the pre-planned competition. Students from all faculties of Samtskhe-Javakheti State University can take part in the competition. The only eligibility criterion is the knowledge of English Language. Within bilateral exchange programme (Mobility Direct) students of Samtskhe- Javakheti State University are enabled to study at University of Lodz for one semester as exchange students.

Required Documents

Students who are accepted for one semester studies at the University of Lodz within the bilateral agreement – Direct Mobility – are requested to submit after their arrival the following documents to the International Office of UL:

  1. Application Form
  2. Learning Agreement
  3. Certificate of being a student of a given university
  4. English Language Certificate (or other language certificate)
  5. A medical certificate stating that there are no factors that might prevent the candidate from studying.
  6. Health insurance policy valid within Polish territory for the study period
  7. Accommodation Request
  8. Page with a photo from the passport
  9. 1 passport photography
  10. A visa or other document issued to allow the student to stay legally in Poland

Before the arrival documents should be uploaded using IRK on-line registration system (each semester an information about registration and instructions will be sent to partner institutions) or by regular post. After the arrival student is obliged to submit the originals to the International Students Office. The documents should be in English or be translated into English

Summer semester – 15th December
