Deadlines for the Fall semester of the 2019-2020 academic year

 Mobility Terms:

1.1 Student registration on the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement web-site within the timeframe set by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement

1.2 Applying for mobility applications (who have received approval from the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement) within the deadline set by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement

1.3 Recognition of credits by the Mobility Commission within the timeframe set by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement

1.4 Preparation of the draft order for enrollment and submission to the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement within the timeframe set by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement

Internal Mobility (August 26 – September 25)

1.5 Internal Mobility Competition Exams (if required)

1.6 Preparation of findings by the Mobility Commission on Internal Mobility

1.7 Order on Internal Mobility – no later than September 30th

Semester Dates (Undergraduate, Master’s Degree PhD)

2.1 Administrative Registration (for undergraduate freshmen) – August 26 – September 30

2.2 Entrance Exams in Masters and Doctoral Programs – 9-13 September

2.3 Registration of first semester postgraduate students and PhD students – September 16-20

2.4 Payment Schedule:

First Stage – 26 August – 30 October Second Stage – 1 November – 25 December

2.5 Academic Registration – 9 – 22 September

2.6 Auditory Training – September 16 – December 27

2.7 Midterm Exam / Exams – in accordance with the syllabus of the course

2.8 Christmas Holidays – December 28, 2019 – January 7, 2020

2.9 Exam Session Period – 8 – 24 January 2020

2.10 Holidays – January 27, 2020 – February 2, February 15-23

2.11 Additional Examination Session Period – 3-14 February 2020
