On December 13 2019 two programmes submitted by Samtskhe-Javakheti State University received full-time accreditation at the National Center for Quality Assurance Accreditation Board meeting.

The Integrated Veterinary Masters Education Programme (led by Professor Levan Makaradze) has been accredited for a 4-year period as the first program presented. In the 2020-2021 academic year, only Samtskhe-Javakheti State University will be able to receive applicants in this programme.

PhD of Economics (led by Professor Gocha Tutberidze and co-head Associate Professor Nana Jgarkava,) has been accredited for 7 years as a reaccredited programme.
